My new friend Aryn Controneo has begun taking photos for me, and I could not be more pleased.
This first image is just a simple shot of part of my workspace. I didn’t even see him take it, as I was getting ready, and I think it’s pretty cool.
This shot contains my four basic juices that I make, and two specialty ones in the tall cruets with the pour spouts. The jar near my strainer is some homemade Falernum, which is just made from Light Rum, Cloves, Sliced Almonds, and lime zest. It goes great in traditional drinks, and even a few spinoffs of classics, as well as tiki drinks.
The strainer is actually leaning against my candy corn syrup I made, which is just candy corn, water, honey, and a small splash of vanilla.
This image makes me happy, and I hope you will stay tuned for the rest of the photos from our first, amazing photo shoot!
Have a nice day!
