Dreamboat 2.0

Hello, again!

As part of my original photo shoot, I present to you the Dreamboat 2.0! I used pineapple-infused Spiced Rum instead of regular rum, which is what makes it 2.0.

Made as follows:

1.5 oz. Pineapple-infused Spiced Rum

0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Orange Juice

0.5 oz. homemade Falernum

0.5 oz. Brandy

0.5 oz. Blue Curacao

dash Angostura bitters to taste

Shake and strain into rocks glass

Garnish with rum-soaked pineapple

The homemade falernum is made with cloves, almonds, lime zest, and rum. So, this drink is very much a rum drink. The falernum I made is extra clove-y, because I like them, and it is very much the star. The pineapple blends well with the orange juice and the lemon juice. All-in-all, a crowd pleaser with a nice “sit and sip” kind of vibe.
