After all the waiting for the holidays, and the loss of the photos from our last shoot, I am happy to announce that we will back to a mostly regular uploading schedule!

Cider Honey Sprinkle!
With it being December, I’ve done up a bunch of holiday drinks, and this one was the least “froo-froo.”
Here’s how you make it:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t ground cloves
1 cup orange juice
Combine all in a pot until it starts to bubble.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Once you have your “Cider Honey Syrup,” —
1.5 oz. Bourbon (I used Four Roses)
0.6 oz. Cider Honey Syrup
Top off with Champagne
Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary
Review: I liked the syrup a lot. I think I might not have the most top-notch Champagne, so maybe next time I will use a touch more syrup and then Club Soda. The bourbon was a nice touch, and since I have leftover syrup, I will be having another!
