Today we have a nice, beautiful glass of Cherry Chocolate Cheer!
1.0 oz. Cherry Brandy
1.0 oz. Amaretto
2.0 oz. Half and Half
Shake all ingredients over ice
Strain into rocks glass full of ice
Garnish with a homemade-double chocolate cherry
Review: Me being who I am, I think I should have put more brandy in the drink, to give it that nice, warm, alcoholic kick, but this version was still good. As usual, the quality of the amaretto is important, so I used Di Saronno, and it just brightened it right up. =]
This is super-easy to make, and you can even batch them and serve them at your holiday party this year.
