2.5 oz Peppermint-infused Bourbon
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey (with comb)
Hot water to fill
Garnish with lemon wheel, star anise, and a candy cane.

Review: The small act of dissolving candy canes in bourbon elevated this cocktail to a whole new level. It had everything one needs to feel better in hot weather, or if you’re feeling sickly. The citrus and the mint combined very well, if I do say so myself. I have about 20 ounces of peppermint bourbon left, so I will be having some of these all winter!
