We decided that the first drink of every live stream would be an educational thing, so we try to focus on the methods, so folks can follow along and make classics at home.

Clover Club
1.5 oz. Gin
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Raspberry (we used Chambord)
0.5 oz. Egg Whites

Dry shake (AKA shake without ice) for around 10-15 seconds
Add ice
Shake for an additional 10 seconds
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with raspberries

Fresh Citrus Margarita
1.5 oz. Silver Tequila
Juice of 1/2 an orange
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Juice of 1/2 a lime
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Triple Sec

Shake over ice
Rim your margarita glass in Lime-infused salt
Ice in the glass
Strain your ingredients into said glass
Garnish with Lemon, Lime, and Orange

Mezcal me Maybe
1.5 oz. Mezcal
0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 barspoon Fernet-Branca
2 dsh Chocolate Bitters

Stir all ingredients
Strain into a coupe glass

Elementary, My dear Vodka
1.25 oz. Vodka
0.25 Lavender-infused Vodka
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Honey (or 0.5 oz. Honey Syrup)
1 oz. Blueberry Cardamom Simple Syrup
1 oz. Gomme Syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice
Strain into cocktail glass

Storm Warning
1 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Bourbon
0.25 oz. Coffee Liqueur (We used Tia Maria)
0.25 oz. Maple Syrup
2 dsh Smoked Bitters
2 dsh Orange Bitters
2 dsh Angostura Bitters
Chocolate Bitters to taste

Stir
Garnish with a wide orange peel

B-52 (Special Request)
0.5 oz. Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz. Irish Cream
0.5 oz. Grand Marnier
splash 151 Rum if it doesn’t light

Scottish Breakfast (For Alicia)
1 oz. Ardbeg 10 (or a smoky scotch of your choice)
1.5 oz. Blood Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
3 dashes of Chocolate bitters

Lemon Drop (Special Request)
1.5 oz. Lemon Vodka
0.5 oz. Limoncello
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
2-3 dashes of Lemon Bitters

Shake ingredients
Rim Martini glass in Lemon-Infused Sugar
Strain into glass

Orgasm (Special Request)
1.5 oz. Kahlua
2 oz. Irish Cream?!
0.75 oz. Rum Chata
0.75 oz. Milk

Shake
Strain into Dessert mug
Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon
