We got all dolled up for Mardi Gras, and Googled some stuff that we thought would go well with the holiday!
2 oz. Vodka
0.75 oz. Amaretto
0.25 oz. Simple
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
0.25 oz. Pineapple
Shake all ingredients over ice.
Rim martini glass in green sugar.
Pour 0.25 oz. Green Chartreuse to glass, and catch it on fire.
Strain contents of shaker over the fire to put it out.
TECHNICALLY you should float some Prosecco, but I didn’t wanna open a bottle.
1 oz. Silver Tequila
1 oz. Reposado Tequila
1/2 large mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
2 tsp Lime juice
Throw all ingredients in the blender
Rim your glass in gold salt if you have it
Throw some mango slices on there
1.5 oz. Kiwi Puree
0.25 oz. Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. Orange Vodka
1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
“Fill with Peychaud’s bitters”
Put kiwi, lime, simple in shaker A
Put Orange Vodka and passion fruit juice in shaker B
Shake them both
Pour in the kiwi shaker
Add some ice
pour in the other shaker
pour Peychaud’s on top for another layer
Garnish with Kiwi.
Ours didn’t look right, but that’s ok! The taste is what is important.
King Cake Martini
2 oz. Horchata
2 oz. Cake Vodka
1 oz. Licor 43
1 oz. Amaretto
Rim Martini glass in purple, green, and gold sugar
Garnish the glass with some fahhkin’ BEADS!
Everyone was off enjoying Fat Tuesday, so we ended it before we got around to making the Hurricane! Maybe next time! =p
