Chocolate Manhattan

As the name states, this is pretty much just a Manhattan with some chocolate notes.

Let’s give it a look —

Chocolate Manhattan
1.5 oz. Maker’s Mark Bourbon
0.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 bsp Creme de Cacao
3 dsh Chocolate Bitters

Stir it all
Strain it all into a rocks glass
Grate a little chocolate on top of it

Notes: I wanted to add the chocolate flavor without overwhelming the amount of liquids that were already in the drink. You don’t want to LOSE the flavor of the Manhattan, you just want to accentuate it with a little chocolate pizzazz. Obviously, we put it on the rocks, but you are more than welcome to put it in something else. I just wanted to get a little extra water in there over time, but you are your own person!
