Lavend’orange

I made this drink with orange blossom water in mind. It has a great mix of unique ingredients, and it’s not something you see everywhere you go.

Let’s get right into it —

Lavend’orange
1.5 oz. Pisco
1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
2 drops of Orange Blossom Water
2 dsh Lavender Bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice
Strain into rocks glass over 1 large cube
Garnish with Lavender pods

Notes: I wanted something floral, for sure, so orange blossoms and lavender really struck me as sort of “go-to” ingredients. I wanted to use the herbal notes off the Chartreuse, as well, and then Pisco was added as the primary, due to the fact that it takes other flavors well. All in all, it came out to be a really good cocktail with crisp, refreshing drinkability. =]
