Jumping Juniper

1.5 oz Juniper Tequila
.5 oz Ancho Reyes
1.5 oz Coconut Milk
.75 oz Lime Juice
Orange Blossom Water to taste (We did about 5 dashes)

Stir all over ice
Strain into a Snifter
Garnish with cinnamon

Notes: The Jumping Juniper has some amazingly complex tastes. Our Juniper-Infused Tequila is still around and causing trouble! That classic Juniper taste starts out strong with the coconut water and fades into a nice chili bite with the lime binding it all together. In hindsight, I should not have garnished it with cinnamon, but in the moment I felt it looked naked. It didn’t do much to improve what I had already conjured up. We hope you enjoy the recipe and will share ideas on twists and tweaks.
