Chipotle Berry on the Rocks
1.5 oz Rhum Agricole Amber
1 tsp Pomegranate Molasses
.5 oz lime juice
1.5 oz Raspberry/chipotle syrup*

SHAKE
CRUSHED ICE
Garnish with 3 raspberries (optional)

Notes: We know that you would think a spicy raspberry cocktail sounds a bit niche but we think you’ll be surprised by the amazing concoction before you! The only recipes I could find for chipotle and raspberries were for jam and sauces. So, we pretty much just made a puree. This thing really brought the heat, but the raspberries toned it down, and you can even use less chipotle peppers. The Rhum Agricole that we used makes these flavors pop just right! Try our recipe and let us know what you think!

Raspberry/Chipotle Puree
8 ounces fresh raspberries
2 whole chipotle peppers
2 ounces sugar
.5 ounce lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together – add water to desired thickness
Strain through a fine mesh strainer
Label, bottle, store in refrigerator for ~2 weeks
