Beer and Wine only events – $30 per hour per bartender
Limited / Full Bar events – $40 per hour per bartender
At every event, we provide our bartenders with a barback, for everyone’s convenience.
Included in the hourly rate:
- Fully trained, professional, knowledgeable bartender
- Handmade essential bar syrups / juices
- Rimming Salt
- Rimming Sugar
- Bar Mats
- All essential bar tools
- Cocktail picks
- Set up and Clean up of workspace
We charge a flat-rate $45 travel fee per 200 miles of round-trip travel.

We charge $35 to provide a workspace and other efficiency equipment (Ice wells, speed rails, back bar.)
We charge a flat-rate $35 fee to provide ice and coolers.
We charge a 50% deposit, deducted from your total. Refunds outlined in contracts.
Beer, wine, and liquor provided are supplied at retail cost, and we keep the leftovers, as we are not able to sell you the alcohol. Receipts can be supplied for your records, if you so choose.
*If you wish to keep leftover alcohol, you must supply it.
We currently accept Cash, Card, PayPal**, Money Orders, as well as Cash App. We accept checks from clients who are working with a wedding planner.
**Payments processed through Paypal will incur a 4% non-refundable fee
We offer the following discounts:
15% off to all military – active duty, retired, veteran, National Guard, Reserves. (Identification required)
15% off to all police, fireman, first responders, and medical professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) with valid I.D.
10% off to all verified wedding planners.
10% off to all personnel holding a state job including, but not limited to DHS, DWS, National Park Services, and others with valid I.D.
